Familie workshop med dans!

FAMILIE DANS

FAMILY ROCKING

We invite you to participate in the family dance workshops given by professional dancer and performance artist Paulina Giwer. The aim of the workshop is to deepen the relationship between children and parents, with an emphasis on active spending time together. Using the natural need for movement and closeness of children with parents and carers, we will experience concept of dance improvisation.
The topic of workshop will be “Playing with rhythm and space”.
Can we dance high and low? How does it feel to dance close to each other and in the distance to others? Is it only our feet dancing, or maybe hair and eyes also can do it? How does it look like to dance during silence? And if making a pizza could be a part of dancing?
We will try to answer these questions using your favorite and individual ways of moving children. We will not learn the steps, but the inspiring improvisation techniques which are big enough to fit the fun, creativity and individual expression of children and adults! Create your own individual family- choreography!
Please bring comfortable clothes and shoes to dance.
